QUESTION:

How high can you legally toss the ball when serving?

ANSWER:

There's no limit but the ceiling. (You do have to toss it straight upward a minimum of six inches.) One reason to toss really high is to increase the velocity of the serve.

I'm happy to say that since my book "Ping Pong Leadership" launched, it became a #1 Best Seller in the "Strategic Management" category, plus a few others! WOW. I wasn't exactly expecting that. But I went for a high toss and threw myself into this project for a long time. And the ball came out with velocity.
